Fat: 96.78g | Prot: 115.09g | Carb: 426.73g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Bananas, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  White Enriched Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Deli Style Sliced Aged Swiss Cheese, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Three Cheese Ranch Dressing, Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons, Honey Roasted Sunflower Nuts, Coke Zero (Can), Artisan Recipes Baked Three Cheese Queso. Dinner:  Pizza with Meat, Sweet and Sour Chicken or Turkey, Root Beer, Mountain Dew, Crispy Crowns Seasoned, Shredded Potatoes, Chicken or Turkey Teriyaki (Chicken or Turkey with Soy-Based Sauce), Sweet Roll, Apple Pie, Soft Serve Ice Cream, Rice Crispy Bars.
