Fat: 96.78g | Prot: 115.09g | Carb: 426.73g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, centrum multi vitamin, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Regular Coffee, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d. Lunch:  Artisan Recipes Baked Three Cheese Queso, Coke Zero (Can), Deli Style Sliced Aged Swiss Cheese, Honey Roasted Sunflower Nuts, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Three Cheese Ranch Dressing, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons, White Enriched Bread. Dinner:  Apple Pie, Chicken or Turkey Teriyaki (Chicken or Turkey with Soy-Based Sauce), Crispy Crowns Seasoned, Shredded Potatoes, Mountain Dew, Pizza with Meat, Rice Crispy Bars, Root Beer, Soft Serve Ice Cream, Sweet and Sour Chicken or Turkey, Sweet Roll.
