Fat: 166.59g | Prot: 99.69g | Carb: 225.64g.   Breakfast:  American Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, johnson sausage, Light Cream, Nectresse Monk Fruit sweetener. Lunch:  apple chicken sausage, frozen mixed vegetables. Dinner:  buffalo wild wings, buffalo wild wings boneless wings, buffalo wild wings nachos, buffalo wild wings onion rings. Snacks/Other:  Diet Coke (20 oz Bottle), Fiber Capsules, Lager, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Original Spiced Rum.
