Fat: 79.73g | Prot: 103.53g | Carb: 225.67g.   Breakfast:  muffin, tangerine, cool whip, blackberries, wheat germ, oikos greek yogurt. Lunch:  apple. Dinner:  pork ribs, collard greens, sweet potato, barbeque sauce, Wheat Bagel. Snacks/Other:  mesquite smoked almonds.
