Fat: 83.41g | Prot: 86.26g | Carb: 146.30g.   Breakfast:  decaffeinated coffee, Splenda. Lunch:  beef hash. Dinner:  aotmeal chocolate chip cookie, green pepper, lettuce, peanut buter cookie with chocolate kiss, peanut butter fudge, ranch, roast beef, roast beef sandwich, summer squash.
