Fat: 100.12g | Prot: 110.05g | Carb: 158.94g.   Breakfast:  Pancakes with Butter and Syrup. Lunch:  Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp, Madeira Cake, Mini Corn Bread, New England Clam Chowder, Potato Wedges. Dinner:  Baked or Grilled Lobster, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Crab Bisque, Creme Brulee, Scotch Beef Fillet Steak. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Diet Coca-Cola (500 ml), Low Fat Milk, Plain Toffee, Single Cream, Tap Water, Tea (Brewed) .
