Fat: 132.87g | Prot: 77.92g | Carb: 45.26g.   Breakfast:  my secret bread, cheese, butter, ham, Fried egg. Lunch:  double cream, almonds, hazelnuts, Sunflower kernels, pine nuts, "pumpkin seeds", mixed berries, greek style yoghurt. Dinner:  greek salad, bacon, salami. Snacks/Other:  coffee, milk, canderel.
