Fat: 132.87g | Prot: 77.92g | Carb: 45.26g.   Breakfast:  butter, cheese, Fried egg, ham, my secret bread. Lunch:  "pumpkin seeds", almonds, double cream, greek style yoghurt, hazelnuts, mixed berries, pine nuts, Sunflower kernels. Dinner:  bacon, greek salad, salami. Snacks/Other:  canderel, coffee, milk.
