Fat: 72.16g | Prot: 125.75g | Carb: 183.88g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Corn, Black Olives, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Avocados, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Banana Pepper. Dinner:  california rolls, Spicy Tuna Roll, Rainbow Roll. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, champagne, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, banana, almond breeze original, Chocolate Syrup, Planters Sliced Almonds.
