Fat: 187.34g | Prot: 159.45g | Carb: 525.64g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Berry Fritter, centrum multi vitamin, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Regular Coffee, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cocktail Weiners, Honey Roasted Sunflower Nuts, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Mayo, Light Three Cheese Ranch Dressing, Pepsi Max (Can), Summer Sausage, Taco Flavor Tortilla Chips, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa, Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons, White Enriched Bread. Dinner:  Barq's Root Beer (Small Cup), Chili (Large), French Fries (Medium), Mozzarella Chicken Supreme, Vanilla Frosty (Small).
