Fat: 41.78g | Prot: 57.86g | Carb: 109.93g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, Cream (Half & Half), Cream Cheese Spread, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Frozen Blackberries, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder. Dinner:  Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Celery Stuffed with Cheese, Oatmeal Cookie with Chocolate Chips.
