Fat: 120.41g | Prot: 85.98g | Carb: 228.70g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Reduced Fat Cinnamon Rolls with Icing. Lunch:  Brownie, Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, French Fries, Rich Vanilla Ice Creams. Dinner:  Butter, Cool Whip Sugar Free, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat) , Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Sweet Potato Julienne Fries, Yellow Sweet Corn.
