Fat: 63.17g | Prot: 86.59g | Carb: 40.47g.   Breakfast:  Ricotta Pancakes, Cold Curry Soup. Lunch:  Butter, Almond Milk, Albacore Tuna in Water, Low Carb 7 Grain Fiber Bread, Cheddar Jack Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Ribeye, Ham, Egg, Mayonnaise, Green String Beans, Peas, Butter, Cranberries, Dry White Wine, Dry Red Wine, Bourbon. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cookies.
