Fat: 53.36g | Prot: 72.40g | Carb: 226.64g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Brussels Sprouts, Turkey Breast Fillet Portions, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Bread & Butter Pudding, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Mince Pie, Raisin Bread, Rose Wine.
