Dinner:  Albacore Tuna in Water, Almond Milk, Beef, Butter, Cheddar Jack Cheese, Low Carb 7 Grain Fiber Bread, Olive Oil, Tuscan Style Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar.
