Fat: 145.05g | Prot: 142.62g | Carb: 467.68g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  Cheesy Breadsticks, Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza - Bacon, Sausage & Pepperoni (Limited Edition), Taco Flavor Tortilla Chips, Vanilla Triple Thick Shake (12 oz). Dinner:  Ham Sandwich, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa, Beef Meatballs, Root Beer (Regular), Tortilla Corn Chips, Cocktail Weiners.
