Lunch:  95% Fat Free Lean White Honey Smoked Turkey Cold Cuts, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Cool Whip Sugar Free, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat) . Dinner:  Darn Good Chili Mix, 2% Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese, Apples , Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat) .
