Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cool Whip Sugar Free, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat) . Dinner:  Darn Good Chili Mix, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat) , Original Candy Cane, Sugar Free Hot Chocolate.
