Fat: 90.48g | Prot: 150.89g | Carb: 151.38g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  ground chicken, Colby Jack Cheese, egg, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Avocados, Corn, Black Olives, Banana Pepper, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types). Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, banana, almond breeze original, Planters Sliced Almonds, Chocolate Syrup.
