Fat: 90.48g | Prot: 150.89g | Carb: 151.38g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Colby Jack Cheese, egg, ground chicken, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Avocados, Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Corn, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze original, banana, Chocolate Syrup, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, Planters Sliced Almonds, Red Table Wine.
