Fat: 65.22g | Prot: 70.61g | Carb: 247.12g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Bananas, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  White Enriched Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Light Mayo, Diet Pepsi (Can), Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Coated Peanuts, Diet Cherry Coke (Can), Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Gummi Worms, Egg Nog, Pistachio Nuts.
