Fat: 30.56g | Prot: 38.97g | Carb: 109.67g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), lobnobs, Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Goats Cheese (Hard), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
