Fat: 30.56g | Prot: 38.97g | Carb: 109.67g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  Sliced Beetroot, lobnobs, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Goats Cheese (Hard), Raisin Bread, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar).
