Fat: 40.96g | Prot: 61.41g | Carb: 82.77g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Colby Jack Cheese, egg, ground chicken. Snacks/Other:  Frube, Nonfat Vanilla Latte (Tall).
