Fat: 62.75g | Prot: 48.12g | Carb: 132.26g.   Breakfast:  Body Wise Bread, Cheddar Cheese , Deli Sliced Ham, Margarine. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese , Deli Sliced Ham, Ginger Ale, Low Sodium Vegetable Cocktail. Dinner:  BBQ Chips, Crusty Rolls.
