Fat: 62.75g | Prot: 48.12g | Carb: 132.26g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Deli Sliced Ham, Body Wise Bread, Margarine. Lunch:  Low Sodium Vegetable Cocktail, Ginger Ale, Deli Sliced Ham, Cheddar Cheese . Dinner:  Crusty Rolls, BBQ Chips.
