Fat: 39.13g | Prot: 36.44g | Carb: 140.50g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  Porridge. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Raisin Bread, Goats Cheese (Hard), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Biscuit, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate.
