Lunch:  Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, egg. Dinner:  Colby Jack Cheese, Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), egg. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter cookie, banana pudding, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, banana, almond breeze original, Planters Sliced Almonds, Chocolate Syrup, salami.
