Fat: 70.92g | Prot: 108.14g | Carb: 111.16g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, egg, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Colby Jack Cheese, egg, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze original, banana, banana pudding, Chocolate Syrup, gold standard 100% whey vanilla, peanut butter cookie, Planters Sliced Almonds, salami.
