Fat: 56.36g | Prot: 166.63g | Carb: 268.92g.   Breakfast:  eggs, turkey, multi vitamin, GREENS, Stone ground whole wheat, Creamy Whey Protien, liver pills. Lunch:  sushi, Broccoli, beef. Dinner:  Stone ground whole wheat, Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, Roast Beef. Snacks/Other:  liver pills, Muscle Up Amino, pit bull, Creamy Whey Protien, 2% Fat Milk.
