Lunch:  95% Fat Free Lean White Honey Smoked Turkey Cold Cuts, Baby Carrots, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Dinner:  Salmon, Swiss Cheese, Avocados, Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Honey Mustard Dressing.
