Fat: 18.69g | Prot: 46.31g | Carb: 153.27g.   Lunch:  Whole Grain Wheat Buns, Chicken & Orzo with Lemon Soup. Dinner:  Zucchini , Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato), Pasta Shells. Snacks/Other:  Chex Mix Cocoa, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat).
