Fat: 18.69g | Prot: 46.31g | Carb: 153.27g.   Lunch:  Chicken & Orzo with Lemon Soup, Whole Grain Wheat Buns. Dinner:  Pasta Shells, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato), Zucchini . Snacks/Other:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Chex Mix Cocoa.
