Fat: 57.76g | Prot: 76.59g | Carb: 248.59g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, centrum multi vitamin, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Regular Coffee, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d. Lunch:  Bananas, Fully Cooked Bacon, Light Mayo, Pepsi Max (Can), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tortilla Corn Chips, White Enriched Bread. Dinner:  Cheeseburger, Diet Pepsi (Can), Extra Crispy Fast Food Fries. Snacks/Other:  Water.
