Fat: 57.76g | Prot: 76.59g | Carb: 248.59g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Bananas, Light Fat Free Strawberry Orange Sunrise Yogurt, Special K Red Berries Cereal, Spring Valley vitamin d, centrum multi vitamin. Lunch:  Pepsi Max (Can), Fully Cooked Bacon, Light Mayo, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), White Enriched Bread, Bananas, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Cheeseburger, Extra Crispy Fast Food Fries, Diet Pepsi (Can). Snacks/Other:  Water.
