Fat: 78.51g | Prot: 99.45g | Carb: 259.87g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), 100% Pure Orange Juice, Ancient Grains Granola with Almonds, Sliced Sourdough Loaf. Lunch:  Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Saltine Crackers, Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Homestyle Chicken Noodle Condensed Soup. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Fajitas, Guacamole, Blue Corn with Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, Margarita. Snacks/Other:  Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Cheese Popcorn.
