Fat: 137.60g | Prot: 87.58g | Carb: 88.63g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Coffee brewed, Microwave Low Carb Flaxseed Bread. Lunch:  Microwave Low Carb Flaxseed Bread, Bumble Bee Tuna, miracle whip light Tbsp, Vlasic Dill Relish. Dinner:  Tamale with Meat, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Fresh Express Double Carrots 2 cups. Snacks/Other:  Almond Poppy Seed Cookie, Snickerdoodle Cookies.
