Fat: 18.43g | Prot: 29.65g | Carb: 90.96g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), lobnobs. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
