Fat: 25.90g | Prot: 37.24g | Carb: 150.71g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  cauliflower, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Cheese, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Krydder Boller, Krydder Boller, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
