Fat: 114.03g | Prot: 105.31g | Carb: 75.71g.   Breakfast:  25% reduced fat provolone cheese, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola, coffee, walnut, egg, atkins shake. Lunch:  pomegranate, 25% Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, salmon, tomatoe, spinach. Dinner:  avocado, blackberry, olive oil, natural creamy peanut butter, hummus. Snacks/Other:  pistachio, red wine.
