Fat: 114.03g | Prot: 105.31g | Carb: 75.71g.   Breakfast:  25% reduced fat provolone cheese, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola, atkins shake, coffee, egg, walnut. Lunch:  25% Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese, pomegranate, salmon, spinach, tomatoe. Dinner:  avocado, blackberry, hummus, natural creamy peanut butter, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  pistachio, red wine.
