Fat: 102.50g | Prot: 64.01g | Carb: 106.96g.   Breakfast:  rye bread, merkts cheese, peanut butter. Lunch:  egg salad, Rye Bread, chocolate. Dinner:  beef tenderloin, torta roll, blue cheese, taffy apple, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts.
