Fat: 33.10g | Prot: 38.17g | Carb: 121.64g.   Breakfast:  Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Snacks/Other:  Cheese, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Raisin Bread.
