Fat: 46.08g | Prot: 71.48g | Carb: 168.94g.   Breakfast:  quacker oatmeal. Lunch:  carrot, feta cheese, two poached eggs, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  baked sweet potatoes, brown rice, chicken breast, chicken stock.
