Lunch:  No Sugar Added Frozen Mixed Fruit, Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix, Baby Carrots , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Oranges . Dinner:  Premium Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken, Newman's Own Creamy Southwest Dressing.
