Fat: 64.17g | Prot: 128.59g | Carb: 14.76g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, coffee, colby jack cheese, mustard, non dairy creamer, portobello mushrooms, publix eggstirs, splenda. Lunch:  Atkins-friendly Chicken Salad, black olives, canned tuna, lettuce, pork rinds, ranch dressing, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other:  Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, half half, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered).
