Fat: 64.17g | Prot: 128.59g | Carb: 14.76g.   Breakfast:  splenda, publix eggstirs, mustard, coffee, cinnamon, colby jack cheese, non dairy creamer, portobello mushrooms. Lunch:  Atkins-friendly Chicken Salad, ranch dressing, lettuce, black olives, canned tuna, pork rinds, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other:  half half, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered).
