Fat: 43.47g | Prot: 75.95g | Carb: 153.83g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt, Coffee, Creamer, Muesli, Schwans Blueberries. Lunch:  Schwans Salmon Burger, Turnip Greens. Dinner:  Chicken Chili, Dill Pickles, Parm Cheese, Staceys Bagel Chips. Snacks/Other:  Bruschetta, Butterfinger Miniature, Crisps, Dark Chocolate Almond, McIntosh Apple, Weight Watcher String Cheese.
