Fat: 58.91g | Prot: 93.23g | Carb: 158.72g.   Breakfast:  Egg (Whole), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Light Butter, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Simply Fruit Strawberry. Lunch:  kashi pizza margherita. Dinner:  Avocados, Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coconut Water, Corn, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Tequila.
