Fat: 58.91g | Prot: 93.23g | Carb: 158.72g.   Breakfast:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Egg (Whole), Simply Fruit Strawberry, Light Butter. Lunch:  kashi pizza margherita. Dinner:  Coconut Water, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Banana Pepper, Black Olives, Corn, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Avocados, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Tequila.
