Fat: 63.15g | Prot: 73.08g | Carb: 354.20g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran Buds, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Skim Milk, Water. Lunch:  Bananas, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Pineapple, Water. Dinner:  Bread, homemade whole wheat flax, Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, Papaya, Pineapple, Water. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate, Oatmeal Cookie with Fruit Filling, snickerdoodle.
