Dinner:  Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Low Sodium Vegitable Beef Soup, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Coffee, Kosher Dill Pickle Spears, Light Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt, Liquid Stevia, queen anne, Sugar Free Boston Cream Pie Pudding.
