Lunch:  Bauernbrot (Weizenmischbrot), Earl Grey, Hühnchen-Nudelsuppe, Senfgurken. Dinner:  Buchweizen, Fasskraut, Grüner Tee Zitrone-Ingwer. Snacks/Other:  Äpfel, Ceylon Assam Schwarzteemischung, Früchtetee, Grüner Tee Zitrone-Ingwer, Wasser, Zucker.
