Fat: 45.55g | Prot: 44.27g | Carb: 144.79g.   Breakfast:  Kernige Haferflocken, Joghurt Pur, Ungesüßte, Gefrorene Himbeeren, Kaffee mit Milch, Ungesüßte, Gefrorene Himbeeren. Lunch:  Hinterkochschinken, Vollkornbrot, Saure Sahne, dark chocolate 70%, Apfelsinen, Äpfel. Dinner:  Joghurt Pur.
