Fat: 37.99g | Prot: 89.36g | Carb: 274.12g.   Breakfast:  egg, 2% milk, turkey ham, thins bread, coffee, sugar substitute, sugar free drink, sport beans. Lunch:  salmon, brocolli, rice, pastel tres leches, tomatoe, soy lemon dressing. Dinner:  toast, panela, onion, tomatoe, mustard, mushrooms, pineapple, jicama, sugar free drink. Snacks/Other:  jicama, sugar free jello, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, coffee, sweet and low, 2% milk, rice cake.
