Fat: 37.99g | Prot: 89.36g | Carb: 274.12g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, coffee, egg, sport beans, sugar free drink, sugar substitute, thins bread, turkey ham. Lunch:  brocolli, pastel tres leches, rice, salmon, soy lemon dressing, tomatoe. Dinner:  jicama, mushrooms, mustard, onion, panela, pineapple, sugar free drink, toast, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  2% milk, blueberries, coffee, jicama, pineapple, rice cake, strawberries, sugar free jello, sweet and low.
