Fat: 86.88g | Prot: 64.24g | Carb: 10.29g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, French Vanilla Iced Coffee K-Cup, Red Onions, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Whipped Butter. Lunch:  french vanilla iced coffee k-cup. Dinner:  ground beef, mozzarella shredded, pepperoni, silver palate low sodium marinara, tennessee pride mild sausage. Snacks/Other:  Diet Rockstar Energy Drink (Large Can), egg, fred meyer real mayonnaise, mission pork skins.
