Fat: 100.99g | Prot: 124.71g | Carb: 32.72g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Cafe Caramel Shake, All-Natural Regular Pork Sausage, Colby Jack Cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  85% HAMBURGER, Colby Jack Cheese, egg, Lettuce, Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, Real Bacon Pieces. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Broccoli, Cauliflower, hollandaise knorrs. Snacks/Other:  diet pepsi caffine free, lemon juice, splenda, tic tacs, water.
