Lunch:  almond milk, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, water. Dinner:  butter, pork loin, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), water. Snacks/Other:  Low-Glycemic Pumpkin Souffl´┐Ż.
