Fat: 71.12g | Prot: 73.50g | Carb: 173.63g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Ener-G Pure Rice Bran, Triple chocolate whey protein, Wheat Bran (Crude). Lunch:  Avocado, Corn Tortillas, Vegetable Oil. Dinner:  Green Bean Casserole, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  Celery, Lasagna with Meat and Sauce Entree (Frozen), Original Lite Coffee Creamer.
