Fat: 71.12g | Prot: 73.50g | Carb: 173.63g.   Breakfast:  Wheat Bran (Crude), Triple chocolate whey protein, Ener-G Pure Rice Bran, Bananas. Lunch:  Avocado, Corn Tortillas, Vegetable Oil. Dinner:  Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Green Bean Casserole, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  Original Lite Coffee Creamer, Celery, Lasagna with Meat and Sauce Entree (Frozen).
