Lunch:  Tilapia Fillets, Mayonnaise, Cooked Kale (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spinach, Pistachio Nuts. Dinner:  Pistachio Nuts, Any'tizers Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken Wyngs, Wild Blueberry Juice. Snacks/Other:  Stuffed Green Olives, Double Fiber 100% Whole Wheat Bread.
