Lunch:  95% Fat Free Lean White Honey Smoked Turkey Cold Cuts, Tomato Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Dehydrated), No Sugar Added Frozen Mixed Fruit, Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix. Dinner:  New York Strip Steak, Mixed Salad Greens, Almonds , 2% Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Cool Whip Sugar Free.
